Studies On Character Of Implicit Aggression In Different Aggression Scenes

The previous studies reveal that there is difference between explicitaggression and implicit aggression and implicit aggression directlyaffects human's explicit aggression. The studies on implicit aggressionhelp to better reveal how aggression behavior is formed. Variousconclusions on implicit aggression have been proposed, but there are fewstudies of scenes and implicit aggression. However, aggression scene isone of the factors playing a role in aggression behavior that people behavedifferently in different scenes. Hence, the present study discussed thecharacter of implicit aggression in different aggression scenes.By adopting Implicit Association Test, selecting some pictures andwords, inviting high school students as subjects, the present researchis carried on in two aspects with the design of four experiments. Inexperiment 1a and 1b, the assaultive orientation in different aggressionscenes were discussed. Experiment 2a and 2b, reveal how the student copewith attack in different aggression scenesoThe results show as follow:1. No Difference between assaultive orientation and coping orientationin the same scene.2. Different aggression scenes primed implicit aggression of differentlevels. Scene of boy attack boy and one person attack one person primedhigh implicit aggression.3. Sex is an important factor of priming implicit aggression. Subjectsrepresented high implicit aggression in scene of boy attack boy and girlattack girl, represented low implicit aggression in scene of boy attackgirl and girl attack boy.4 Group is an important factor of priming implicit aggression. Subjects represented high implicit aggression in scene of one personattack one person, represented low implicit aggression in scene of oneperson attack several,several person attack one, several person attackseveral.5. Differece between boys and girls in implicit aggression. Boys waspositive in attack between boys, girls was positive in attack betweengirls. Boys was more positive than girls in attack between one person.6. No differece between implicit aggression of high explicitaggression group and that of low explicit aggression group exhibits inthe same scene.
