Andlater some scripts whose contents reflected the contemporary socialbackground and regional characteristics of that time were created.Opera performances satisfied people's spirit lives and it also promotedthe development of arts of carving, painting building and other types of arts.But at the same time, some problems of fire, gambling, fights, etc mightmultiply. Some scholar-officials even thought that Contonse Opera initiatedpeople to revolt, so they have taken some measures to ban the operaperformances. But at last it proved to be only a form and then the opera livedand developed because of its own glamour and indomitable life.
