Einstein is one of the greatest scientists in 20th century. He took great concerns on the science exploration motive problem. This thesis analyzes firstly Einstein's science exploration microenvironment background and explores Einstein's science exploration course, drawing out Einstein's science exploration motive. Then the thesis studies Einstein's science exploration motive from three aspects below:a."Universe religion sentiment"is the most intense motive of Einstein's science exploration. His life was a life pursuing the universe religion sentiment relentlessly, exploring universe concordance and physics rationale harmonious unification. Einstein's thoughts of pursuing the unified philosophic is the summary of his science exploration practice and guidance for his science exploration.b. The social value that benefits the human being is the noble motive of Einstein's scientific exploration, which is the embodiment and sublimation of his most intense motive. Einstein wanted to see not only the harmony of nature, but also the harmony of human society. The noble motive prompted him to grasp the physical world in thinking and to make scientific achievements to benefit mankind.c. Seeking physical and spiritual peace and quiet is the deep-seated motive of Einstein's science exploration. Inequalities in Germany and other countries, his frustrated experiences, harsh life and academic path, these all made him suffering from pain both physically and spiritually from time to time. In order to obtain tranquility and happy, he devotes himself to the pure objective and grand exploration ---probing the mystery of nature.Finally, the author summarizes Einstein's science exploration motive, and prospects the future developments of this subject.
