Reflection On The Imbalance Of Fine Arts' Criticism In Temporary China

With the development of Fine arts,criticism has shown its unique value ,and it has no longer been an attachment to the creation of fine arts.But criticism of fine arts in temporary China almost focus on calligraphy, painting(Chinese painting and oil painting),or some advance guard art.The traditional form of fine arts,such as sculpture , architecture and design have been neglected. Compared with the prosperity of creation of sculpture,architecture and design, the criticism has been in a state of deficiency.The academic circle's neglectfulness make the related research to be a blind spot.Beginning with the defining of fine arts and explaining its function,and compared with western fine arts'criticism,the research shows that the imbalance'state from historic and realistic , macroscopic and microcosmical aspects with detailed exemplifications is caused by several reasons including transmission of traditional culture, the misunderstanding of western fine arts, dissimilation of aim of fine arts education and lack of fine arts education of aesthetics and criticism. The state of imbalance will make Chinese fine arts'creation out of control and bring down the ability of Aesthetic judgment in the whole nation.From the systematic research,the article finds out that it may be the best way to solve the problem by constructing the perfect criticism learning system,building proper critical principle and strengthening the education of fine arts'criticism in school(especially in college and university).
