There are some "You(有)×" in Mandarin Chinese which have already become a word or is being placed in the process of phrase, they have the tendency of lexicalization. Chinese compound-words derive from verbal phrases and their development is a course of etymological changes, which accounts for the difficulties to define the words and phrases in the Chinese language. This diachronic characteristic can explain from the sight of synchronic: compoundwords derive from phrases, its development is a process which cleans phrase property, improve the degree of etymological changes. This research inquires into the division of etymological changes under synchronic condition."You (有)×" have negative forms "Bu(有)×", "Mei (没)×" and "Wu(无)×".
