Buddhism as a kind of ideology which comes from India steps into China in Late XiHan Dynasty. After that ,the Buddhist thought starts to spread gradually. Up to now, Buddhist thought had played an important role in the construction and development of feudal political system in China when the people talks about the China history. This paper divide four aspect to expound the fact that the minority group who takes part into this Buddhism spread to China, the important Buddhist characters and the influence focusing on the governmental theory of the China feudal political system.The first section explains the original areas of ancient Asii group in the northwest China in order to take out a clear geographic statement in the beginning. The second section states the ancient Asii group's emigrated to the central Asian area and built a great Kushan empire, the paper still starts from the geographic aspect explains the history of Kushan empire how to development, success and built a great central Asian empire step by step, year by year. The third parts explains the fact that Kushan emperor propagate Buddhism in his whole life and outstanding Buddhist characters' contribution. The Buddhism spread movement just begins after establishment of the Kushan empire. Basing on this data, the paper speaks out the true pioneer of Buddhism spread to China no more than the Asii group. The last section states the great influence which the Buddhism affects on the BeiWei Dynasty. The paragraph raises four details fact in order to prove a my opinion that Buddhism had come to the loyal court and existed, developed with the feudal political system.
