The study of ancient culture's regionally become more and more hoter in recent years. The pursuer of study ancient culture use the theory of geography to master ancient culture's regionally characteristic. Qin's literature during the Spring and Autumn period plays a vital part in Chinese literary history, whose literary style featured Qin's region and its people. Professor Han Gaonian has consistently advocated the view that the literature should put in the historical environment to continue reducible research. Under the guide of the opinion, this thesis mainly discusses the verse in Qin's literature during the Spring and Autumn period from the view of regional culture, aiming at observing the whole culture of Qin. The paper talks of the effect of geographical environment (natural geographical environment and humane geographical environment)to Qin's culture, the development of Qin's cultural and Qin's text of literature and ability. The paper is mainly discusses and analyses the Qin culture and literature.There are four chapters in the article body. The first chapter is mainly describes the background of Qin's culture. It deals with the formation of Qin's culture from three aspects: the change of territory and natural environment, historical culture and diplomatic relation. It makes preparations for the research into Qin's literature during the Spring and Autumn period. The second chapter mainly talks about the creation of Qin's culture. Firstly, judge the time of 10 poems in Qin Feng. Secondly, from The Book of Songs ? Qin Feng featuring some of the poetry, with its geographical characteristics, folkways and cultural heritage and development factors, analyze the poems. This chapter concentrates on Man Jia and Qin's cultural development and succession, the " Qin Feng·Wu Yi" and the national spirit, "Yellow Bird" and the system of someone was buried alive with the dead. Trying to pass several of the poetry writing to investigate and study Qin's poetry writing style and characteristics. The third chapter ranges from Qin's religious ceremonies and the creation of ritual culture to inspect the Qin state of religious literature, which addressed three sections. The first is the relationship between the creation background of Stone Drum Inscription and Qin Zhi fiesta cultural and Book of Songs. The second is through the Qin's ancestor worship and The Drum of Qin Wu Gong's Bell to reflect the characteristics of such inscriptions.
