The career indecision has been the focus of the vocational research during the last few decades. In order to provide effective career counseling or assistance according to the various career indecision types, we need to find out the essential structure of career indecision through theoretical and empirical research, which can be used in clinical diagnosis. In order to assist clinical consulting or occupational guidance of university to clarity the type of career indecision, the current article try to establish a scale which can be used by undecided students of university. The scale includes three dimensionalities, i.e. the Decidedness scale(6 items), the Comfort scales(7 items), the Reason scales(20 items,5 factors). The Cronbach's Alpha coefficients of the three dimensionalities are .791, .824, .861. And the results also support the validity of the scale.
