The Study On The Justice Of Generation Economy In Socialist Market Economy

With the development of industrial civilization, the natural resource massive consumptions and the ecological environment are destructed, and then the rational people cannot but ponder that, today we are so greedy and enjoying the material resources, what will we expend tomorrow? Whether our descendant also does have the basic needs that the enough resources satisfy them to survive? The sustainable development theory proposed in particular causes the generation of border economy justice question to highlight day by day. Facing the limited resources, while the present generation meets own need and benefit, does not injure the future generations'rights and interests of the survival development, and we have the reason to think that is the responsibility and the duty, which the present generation must undertake. Based on this, this article proposed the theory of the justice of generation economy, which is in the topic meaning of sustainable development, simultaneously also the rational choice of realizing the human sustainable development.This article can be divided into three parts:The first part is to explain the basic concepts of"generation","relations of generations",and then studies the justice of generation and the economy justice in human society, then from the narrow sense and the generalized two angles, has analyzed the connotation of the justice of generation economy and its characteristic under the market economy condition in the socialism society. Pointed out the justice of generation economy is in the economical development which essentially reflected between the person and person's relations, it's about the rational judgment on the complex relations manifesting through the economic activity goal, the process, the method, the result of each generation of person. Having the characteristics of the time,the class nature,the contract,the appraisal,not the parity and the non- reciprocal benefit and so on.The second part elaborated how the justice of generation economy to be possible and the basic contents of researching. On the one hand the justice of generation economy is based on present generation's responsibility and the duty, here including"in anticipation responsibility"and"afterwards responsibility"; On the other hand is based on future generation's rights. Although there are some argument on the question of whether the future generations have the same right with the contemporary, our conceive that so long as determined the future generations can exist, at least need to have the resources of clean air, beautiful sunlight, clean water and so on. Fulfilling present generation's responsibility and the duty, simultaneously also is manner of the human valid one kind manifest.
