Environmental justice also is called ecological justice and is the frontier issue that environmental ethics focuses on nowadays. It means that the right and obligation that should promise among every colony , area , ethnicity , nationality , country are fair and reciprocity while the human society deal with the environmental protection problem.This text regards environmental justice as the theme, attempt to analyze, understand, orient environmental justice from the macroscopically vision of the whole environmental ethics, nature, intension, basic principle , carrying on preliminary discussion to degree of environmental justice, realistic enlightenment. In this course, its reality is enlightened to come out naturally too. The full text divides into three parts altogether.The first part analyzes the showing especially of environmental justice the transformation of environmental ethics and the trends of the academic circle. Through the glancing back of development course to environmental ethics, we find, the showing especially of environmental justice, the transformation of environmental ethics is the necessity of history. To sum up, what environmental ethics pays close attention to is not an abstract theory to think and distinguish the question. Meanwhile, it is indispensable to concern the theory trends in order to do the overall assurance of the system to environmental justice. This text plans to introduce and analyze from the concept, dimension and visual angle of environmental justice.The second part probes into the basic principle and dual-dimension of environmental justice. Environmental justice insists in equality, full-respect, full-interest and just to explain various kinds of environmental questions which focuses on how to fairly assign natural resources and share environmental issuing of responsibility between people and people.
