The Comparison Research On Mental Health For University Students Both From City And The Country

This research aims at the theoretical discussion and exploration on the domestic and international conception of mental health and the respective standards for it. In order to achieve it, we analyses and sort out the present research for the university students, mental health, especially for the state of mental health for city and village university students. Make use of symptoms SCL-90s to carry on a test to 1010 in 4 university students of Jilin province statistics such as adopt to have a comparison analysis for the students coming from city and town. This has already provided the foundation data university student, s mental health education. And it will play an important role, in strengthening university student's mental health education both theoretical and practically.The result of the research shows :(1)The average level of the university student mental and healthy condition is cower than that of the adults. (2)In the mental state healthily in each dimension and total level terms of university students from village gets higher scores than the ones from the city. So it reflects differently in mental health the level of students from village appears lower than the city ones.(3)Students from poor families usually share an average higher score in each element of mental health, So that the mental health level is not as high as the non-poor family students. (4)There are also difference in the level of mental health between village students from poor family and the city students,city non-poor family students and that from the village. But generally village university students from poor families share a lower mental health level than the city ones.The mental health level of university students from the country is lower than that from the city.
