Objective:In this study the367college students from a university in Shenyang City werechosen as research subjects. To understand the basic situation and mental health of thecollege students,and analyse the influencing factors of mental health status. It hasimportant significance for promoting the level of students’ Psychological Health,and it provide a theoretical basis for college students’ psychological health educationand interventionMaterials and methods:367college students from a university in Shenyang City were selected by themethod of stratified cluster sampling, Puts out and recyeles the papers on spot(including the basiec condition of students and SCL一90scale). Application of Excelto establish a database, and using SPSS19.0statistical software for data analysisafter careful review of the questionnaire. To understand the mental health situation ofthe college students,and analyse the influencing factors of mental health status.ResultsPsychological problems of college students were in a total of152people,accounting for41.42%, Medical freshmen’ scores of9factors insomatization, compulsions, interpersonal sensitivity, anxiety, depression,hostilities, terror, paranoid, psychic syndromewere higher than nationwidepeer SCL. The major problems lied in compulsions and interpersonal sensitivity.SCL-90results showed that the psychic syndromewere in ethnic minoritywerehigher than han students.The students lived in the town were higer than those notlived in the town in the interpersonal sensitivity and hostilities. Poor students werehiger than those of not poor in the compulsions and paranoid. The Students who often take part in physical exercise were higer than those not in the total score,somatization, compulsions, interpersonal sensitivity, anxiety, depression,hostilities, terror, paranoid, psychic syndromewere. School is the ideal schoolstudents were e higer than those not in the total scor, positive symptoms,somatization, compulsions, interpersonal sensitivity, anxiety, depression,hostilities, terror, paranoid, psychic syndromewere. There was no significantdifference in the factor scores of different gender, family atmosphere, religion andonly child college students.The main factors affecting the psychological health ofcollege students is whether the school is an ideal school by logisticConclusions:The psychological problem detection rate was41.42%of students from auniversity in Shenyang City. Medical freshmen’ scores of9factors insomatization, compulsions, interpersonal sensitivity, anxiety, depression,hostilities, terror, paranoid, psychic syndromewere higher than nationwidepeer SCL. The major problems lied in compulsions and interpersonal sensitivity.Whether thes school is an ideal one is the main factor affecting the universitystudents’ mental health.Therefore, we should pay attention to the mental health ofcollege students and strengthen college students psychological counseling andpsychological intervention,and improve the psychological quality and mental healthof College Students...
