Expound The Adaptation From The Novel To The TV Plays In The 1980s And 1990s

This thesis consists of two parts, the novel and the TV plays. In accordance with the backward theory condition of TV plays adapted from the novel. By using the method of mixing the literature and culture study, the thesis makes an inquiry into many art theory questions of TV plays adapted from the novel in the popular culture's background.The thesis is divided into three parts.The first part of this thesis, according to arranging the realistic environment and historical scene of TV plays adapted from the novel in recent 20 years, chiefly expounds an interactional relation between the novel and the TV plays. On one hand, the novel has provided the TV plays with a great deal of artistic nourishment so as to accelerate the course for the TV plays to become a type of art. On the other hand, because TV plays had a strong influence on the novel, the novel had to adjust its system to its environment.The second part of this thesis, from the TV plays adapted from Hai Yan's novel, expounds the form and cause that some writers contact films and TV plays.It also uses a combination of the novel and the TV plays to make independence of the novel in crisis.By combination of literature, commerce ,and popular artistic expression,Hai Yan's novel wins a large number of readers and a wide market.The third part of this thesis,expounds three questions that have close relation with this thesis. First, what role do some writers choose at the film-TV era? Second,what kind of novel can be chosen to adapt for TV plays by some writers? Third,what are characteristics, cause of production, and development prospect of the novel adapted from TV plays?...
