The Application Of Microteaching To TCSL Teachers' Training

Regarding the influence of TCSL, it has increased the demand for a higher level of teaching, however some teachers still unqualified. Now this problem is affecting the development of TCSL. Our current method in training has many empty-spots especially having to deal with the training of teaching skills. And so, a more efficient and effective method must be found.Micro Teaching is a proficient method which uses the latest technologies in training teachers, nurturing them to master the ability to teach by dividing the standard teaching method and it's complexities into different skills. Thus by following this Micro Teaching method, the standard level of teaching will be significantly higher.In this article on the basis of introducing the theory of Micro Teaching, we highly suggest bringing this method upon the TCSL. In an attempt to carry this method over, we've developed a system consisting of 12 skills and to follow up on this system, an evaluation is provided. The evaluation consists of a few aspects regarding its nature, its prime method and establishes index system.Finally, provided with video recordings of teachers'session and with the 12 skill system's point of view, we are able to analyze the pros and cons of an individual teacher. And so, this process proves by training teachers with the 12 skill system, their individual abilities to educate will dramatically increase.We hope with this article's research, we can introduce the Micro Teaching method, more importantly, providing effective training to the TCSL. The research of Micro Teaching can be considered as a thoughtful replenishment to our existing ways of training.
