| With China's rapid economic development and increase of international exchanges, Chinese language application value rises continuously. The demand of Chinese training for employees in international big enterprise is expanding gradually. Chinese preliminary study and intensive training has become the urgent needs of international big enterprise employees. However, due to various conditions, many big enterprise employees have no time to concentrate on face-to-face training, but with the popularity of network training and the development of study and practice in teaching foreign language computer-assisted, web-based self-study, face-to-face supplemented TCSL training mode can meet the demand of international big enterprise employees training. This paper analyze the learning characteristics of international big enterprise employees, combining research results of TCSL vocabulary teaching, use advanced theory and experience of web-based course teaching design, completed the teaching design and system design of basic Chinese vocabulary web-based course, and thus produced a basic Chinese vocabulary web-based course.This paper focuses on the teaching design and system design of basic Chinese vocabulary web-based course. Firstly, giving the curriculum position, analyze the learning characteristics and training mode of international big enterprise employees. Then, primarily analyze the teaching objectives,teaching content and teaching strategies. All these strictly follow the terms of vocabulary teaching theory and cognitive theory, in order to make the course scientific and systematic, meet the demand of international big enterprise employees.Based on the research of teaching mode and teaching design, regard personality and scientific as the guidance , and take targeted training,enhancing interaction,strengthening guidance,keeping tension and happiness as the basic design principles, and use network multimedia technology as teaching methods to enhance the efficiency of the learner purposes. Then complete the system design of the network course framework,the learning process,interface,interactive navigation,,learners control and multimedia. All the design obey Chinese vocabulary teaching theory and the cognitive law. This course is high efficient.Finally, use powerful interactive flash development tool to produce this course. The whole course contain three teaching module and a strong system of support services. Three modules including learning part,review part and test part; Support services include navigation,learning guide and online feedback. Different teaching modules reflect different teaching arrangement and design, learners can study with delight under the teaching plan.This subject's teaching design emphasize the implementation of vocabulary acquisition methods, and the system design obey the principles of teaching design and web-course design. All these will provide some experiences for international big enterprises employees'Chinese training series curriculum development. |
