The thinking of Buddhism's universe consists of many kinds of contents such as the universe's elements, source, Three Worlds, life, death, time and space. All of them are very important parts of this thinking. As to its elements, Five Yun, Twelve Ru and Eighteen Jie analyze it in detail or briefly from different angles. As to its source, Buddhism doesn't advocate this theory in fact because the entity is the stubbornness that Buddhism eradicates whichever angle's entity, such as the Heart often appearing in Mahayana and Hinayana classics, is only a concept which is constructed by people. As to its Three-world theory, Three worlds, Nine Di, Three Shi and Six Dao are the concrete manifestation of the whole Buddhism's origin theory. Its time and space just refers to Three Shi and Three Worlds. This theory is based on its origin. The procedure of the universe's life and death and the form of its time and space are both based on this theory. Therefore, the essence of the whole Buddhism's universe theory is only the origin. Because of this theory, the thinking of leaving the world in Hinayana and the one that leaving the world is just residing on the world can be constructed stably. Finally, this paper contrasts Buddhism's universe theory with the ones of Marxism, Confusianism, Taoism, Christianity, Islam and contemporary science briefly.
