In 1962, the Cuban Missile Crisis erupted. It's the firsttime to take the humanity to the nucleus deconstruction edge.There are lots of domestic and foreign research about thistopic, mainly concentrated in: the reason and influence of USsuccess in "the eye to eye" gambling, the reason and influencewhich Soviet Union compromised, the reason which Soviet Unionchose to establish missile base in the Cuban, the crisismanagement theory and so on. The research mainly concentratedin Soviet Union and American which involved the crisis, butresearch about Britain who was not the Involved Country wasvery few.This article utilizes the history study and the IR theoryresearch technique, try to elaborate the response andmanagement of England in the Cuban missile crisis. Analysisingthe reason and influence of the policy which Britain took atthat time, and elaborates model significance about this topic.The full text is divided into four parts:Chapter one will elaborated the response which England tookin the Cuban missile. First, elaborates the response ofEnglish populace in the Cuban Missile Crisis, second, elaborates England ponder in the Suez Canal Crisis, relocatedthe British empire policy, the English-America specialrelations repaired, back to "the English-America speciallyrelates" honeymoon, in the Cuban Missile Crisis, the Englishgovernment maintained the close cooperation with US and alsoplaying unique role.In the Second chapter, the paper elaborates the reason whichEnglish government response in the Cuban missile crisis.Mainly includes: First, British empire localized their statusagain, and the foreign policy transformation; Second, theEnglish-America special relations repaired and developed,Third, England domestic pacifism call; Fourth, ideologyreason and worrying about Soviet Union influence in WesternEurope; Fifth, the crisis management analysis ininternational relational theory.Chapter three, the paper will appraises the management ofEngland in Cuban Missile Crisis, mainly elaborates England'ssuccess and failure in this crisis, and the influence toEngland policy.The fourth chapter is the conclusion. By studying this topic,it can summarize the Not Involved party to the internationalcrisis response, and points out model function to the Chinese diplomacy.
