| Although he didn't wrote much, almost each of Li Rui's novels attracted much attention in literary world. This paper mainly discussed Li Rui's recent novels on its narrative rhetoric which includes different perspectives such as narrative time, narrative person and narrative discourse. On narrative time, by studying its time order, time distance and time frequency, the author tried to explain how Li Rui planned the narrative time and rhetoric; On narrative person, the author analysed the mixing use of the three types of person by studying respectively the typical examples of first, second and third person of narrating. On narrative discourse, the existing classification had been adopted to dig out the profound implication imbedded in every genre.
