The researchindicates that: (1) Generally speaking, the Philippine Chinese schoolstudents has the massive study adaptation and individuality problems,Chinese school should strengthen the counseling in students' studyadaptation. Otherwise while setting store by the student's studying,teachers should pay more attention to the individuality raise, so to helpthe Chinese school students grow healthily.
