The Study On Chen Hang's Poetry

Chen Hang is an important poet, theoretician and scholar in late Qing Dynasty. His literary talent is free and natural, and his poetry is novel and original in style and language. His poetic conception and background is deep and quiet, and his verse become insipid. The present thesis treats Cheng Hang as a case on the basis of the text through linking times background and current situation of poetry at that time and understands deeply and carefully his poetry by way of historical and logic method in unison. Attempt to describe his whole ideological content and artistic style which has been drawn from all his poetry anthology. And make us know his poetry clearly and all-sidedly as far as possible according to true research objectively, restore his real status which shouldn't have been forgotten in the history of the literature.
