The Study On Stylt Of Chinese Commercial Correspondence

In view of the importance of Chinese Commercial Correspondence in the business activity and difficulties which international students have encountered in the course of writing Chinese Commercial Correspondence, the writer combines study of Style and classroom teaching, describes the Style of Chinese Commercial Correspondence in detail , analyzes linguistic style words, general service words, general service sentences.In this paper , the writer chose many Chinese Commercial Correspondence texts which conclude 100000 characters, analyzed linguistic style words, general service words by SPSS. Based on the quantitative analysis result , it can show functions and distribution of words and sentences in Chinese Commercial Correspondence comprehensively.The preface expounded the significance of the study, the purpose, and the achievements,deficiencies in study on Style, and the basis theoretically.In the prevue of Chinese Commercial Correspondence, the writer discussed the composition and classification of Chinese Commercial Correspondence mainly. Then summarized the feature of style of Chinese Commercial Correspondence briefly.The sections of study on Chinese Commercial Correspondence vocabulary and sentences are the most important part in the paper. In the vocabulary part, the writer counted the frequency of part of speech of words,divided the linguistic style words and general service words. In the result, there are 295 linguistic style words and 752 and general service words. And then in order to test the veracity of the statistics result, the writer compared to the Modern Chinese General Service Words Frequency Dictionary and Modern Chinese Frequency Dictionary.In the part of study on sentences, the writer analyzed the imperative sentence ,sentences which conclude auxiliary and regular sentences. And combined numerous example sentences, to analyzed characters of sentences in the style of Chinese Commercial Correspondence.In addition, this paper the writer investigated enlightenment in the compiling teaching material of writing Chinese Commercial Correspondence provided specific advices for the compiling teaching material.
