In Korean, verb’ppa ji da’was frequently used in our daily life. So we ne ed to master its semantic meaning and pragmatic meaning.This thesis focuses on the systematic study on semantic meaning, syntaxical features and Chinese correspondence of verb’ppa ji da’. This theses dissertatio n consists of four parts.Chapter one is the introduction and in this chapter the author lists research method, the meaning of the research and the academic research of the study at present stage. Based on the study at present stage, we used some methods su ch as comparative analysis and induction to analyse the syntaxical features of t he verb ’ppa ji da’ and the meaning of the verb’ppa ji da’. And we hope th e message can provides some help to those students who are studing Korean n ow.Chapter two discusses the systematic study on features of the semantic mean ing of the verb’ppa ji da’and its Chinese meaning. First of all, we divides t he meaning of verb ’ppa ji da’into vertical meaning and horizontal meaning. T hen according to the nature (detailed or abstract) of the subjects which are rela ted to the verb, we divides the vertical meaning and horizontal meaning into t wo kinds of meanings. There are9kinds of meanings in the vertical meaning and8kinds of meanings in the horizontal meaning. And in the vertical mean ing, the abstract meaning is more than the detailed meaning, while the horizont al meaning exists the opposite situation.Chapter three tells us the syntaxical features of the verb ’ppa ji da’ and its Chinese correspondence. The verb ’ppa ji da’ mainly acts as predicate in sente nces. Sometimes it can also used as attribute and adverbial. This chapter mainl y explains the characters when ’ppa ji da’ used as predicate in7sentence patt erns and find out these sentence patterns’correspondence in Chinese. Some sen tence patterns correspond to the‘被字句’in Chinese, some sentence patterns c orrespond to the‘比较句’in Chinese, and some sentence patterns correspond t o the fixed combination such as’verb+prepositional phrase’and’prepositional phrase+verb’Chapter four summarizes the main achievements of the study.The whole passge focuses on the systematic study on semantic meaning, syn taxical features and Chinese correspondence of verb’ppa ji da’. And we hope it can give those students who study Koreans some help.
