As the technology becomes mature and the development of wireless communications technology, human has entered the era of digital transmission and the large number of new products have emerged in the form of media, such as artificial intelligence network, integrated digital services, satellite communications, wireless transmission. It combines graphics, images, voice, words and other forms of transmission of information on people's behaviors and ways of thinking have had an impact. Similarly, the use of new media graphic design and visual communication in the form of the visual language has undergone a major change. This paper mainly discuss and analysize of the features of transmission ,cognitive psycholog and form of the visual language in new media graphic design.The graphic design in new media transmits each kind of information quickly and conveniencely to the audiences by the technology of transmission carrier. Under this kind of standard request, the people have gradually had the more and more high esthetic demand ,because the people unceasingly pursue the esthetic sense. we must consider how to enable the audiences well and effectively receives the information, this needs carries on from the transmission and the esthetic aspect to designs clear and the whole work,this also is the visual language in new media Graphic design's inherits and extends to the design esthetics.
