On The Semantic Studies Of Coastal City Building Names In The Northern Area Of China

In recent years, the developments of Chinese marketing economy provide fertile soil for the expanding of real estates business. All kinds of building names have been mapped into our eyes correspondingly.The name of real estates has many research visual angles. From the semantic angle, basing on the lexical semantic theory, link with sociolinguistics, corpus linguistics and methods, we study the coastal area building names. Basing on the statistics of closed material of language, we analyze the northern area building names by means of building specialized names, building general names, the semantic characteristics of building names and the influent factors. Except the preface and the conclusion, the thesis is made of four parts:Partâ… , the necessary explanation of the object of study, the way of study and the classification of language material;Partâ…¡, we study the specialized building names of costal area city. So that, we can study the arguable westernized especially and investigate the semantic characteristics.Partâ…¢, we investigate the semantic characteristics, the forming reasons, and the semantic characteristic of morpheme modifying about general building names.Partâ…£, on the aspect of language and non-language, we analyze the generalized semantic characteristics and influent factors of costal area city building names in the northern area of China.The study above is in order to probe into the semantic characteristics of costal city building names in the northern area of China, and then provide some consulting material for the new linguistic phenomenon and the development of estates business.
