The Discussion On The Characters Of Gong Sang Ruo Er Bu's Educational Movements

Gong Sang Nuo Er Bu was the Mongolian noble in Latter Qing, whose innovation inaugurated the new time in Chi Feng. Especially, a series of educational movements which suited the active of Education saving country from end of the 19th century to the beginning of the 20th century, and inaugurated the modern education of Mongolia, which reflected his verve and breast. So he was the predecessor of new education and woman education in Mongolian educational history.Gong king set up many schools, such as, Chong Zheng School, Shou Zheng School and Yu Zheng School, all of which had the characteristic of new education. On the while, he took many measures to revive culture. His educational active overthrew the traditional habits of Mongolian education and changed the status of studying in abbey. His active fostered many talents and formed the culture of Ka La Qin. Although his active did not adapt to the reality and had imaginary, we should not refute his innovation. His shortcoming is limited by that sociality. On the contrary, we should research his spirit of developing education, which prompted us to overcome troubles, and make our education become better and better.This thesis is on the ground of studying the result which is researched by many historians and literates. The thesis reflects the characteristic of education from education.On the educational object, Gong King took many measures including free, precedence to prompt many civilian to go to school, especially woman. These measures made the education become civism and oppose the corrupt education. On the course, he changed the traditional course for societal knowledge, which showed the purpose that societal knowledge was on the first place and emphasized the development of students. The qualitative education will take advantage from that. On the teacher, he used many talents and foreigner teachers, and made the teaching on a high begin. On the management, he drew many strict rules which encouraged rational action and punished irrational action and the work was very evidence between teachers. The innovation received high progress on that condition. Researching the characteristic of Gong King's education will help us know his education movement.
