"xilug doo" which is made by Mei Rigengge is an important kind of chanson in WuLate tradition chanson. It includes three kinds of chanson of educational and the songs that yearn of hometown and relatives. The educational is a kind of song that includes glorification power of Buddha, politics, praise the scenery of hometown, paean to praise friendship and relative love, publicizing the Buddhist truth, making public the human life dangerous, advocating wisdom and virtue. "xilug doo" not only express a philosophy thought of deep essence and abundance knowledge, merge into an integral whole with cultured melody of, giving the person a kind of mightiness of art shock outside, but also have the function that rites, civilize, spread and amuse the social etc.This paper is made up of the introduction, five chapters and the conclusion. The reason to choose the topic, the significant of the paper, the object and methods, the research circumstance and result, the data sources and parts of technical terms are concluded in the introduction. Chapter 1 which is named "the history and music culture of the tribe of WuLaTe" pursues the history and old fork music ofthe tribe of Wu LaTe, held skeleton and change processes of the traditional folk music tightly, and hackle the variance, the mingle and the influence with other folk music in the area of Mongolia. chapter 2 which is named《'xilug doo' and Tibetin Buddhism》discusses the situation that Tibetin Buddhism culture filtered into each realm of Mongolia lives, became a kind of new cultural and collides and interjects with Mongolia traditional culture, and became two cultures that independent and mutual with each other in the end. Then takes the tune of chanting the Buddhist scripture of Tibetin Buddhism as introduction, hackling the process thatthe tune of chanting the Buddhist scripture changed into The Mongolian Tune of chanting the Buddhist scripture to give a flat to discuss the procreant background of the subject "xilug doo". The paper introduces the founder of "xilug doo" MeiRigenggegen and the relationship between The Mongolian Tune of chanting the: Buddhist scriptureand "xilug doo" when discussing "xilug doo". The next three chapters are "the content and system of 'xilug doo'", "the melody and cantus form of 'xilug doo' "and "the social function and value of 'xilug doo'". They assort the content of "xilug doo" pertinacity, analyze the melody style, melody form, word rule and the social function and value. The epilogue in the end give a summarize of the paper, and give a simple summarize of understanding, experience and conclusion of writer.
