With the pace of life increasing,The issue of work-family conflict has gained more and more attention in recent years,especially for civil servants,who get much supervision and always work overload.Along with the construction harmonious society goal advancement and the proposition of improving work efficiency,pro-social behavior of civil servants is increasingly important.In order to ease work-family conflict,promote pro-social behavior and provide reference for building a harmonious society,this research takes the civil servants as the participants,explores the internal relations between work-family conflict and pro-social behavior as well as the impact of pro-active behavior and emotional intelligence,based on previous related researches.This research is conducted on the basis of the theory of spillover and isadministered to 224 civil servants from judicial system,police system and administrative system in Chinese government.We measure work-family conflict,pro-social behavior,emotional intelligence and pro-active behavior by questionnaire and analyze data using correlation analysis,regression analysis,mediation test and moderation test.In this research,we explore the relation between work-family conflict and pro-social behavior,the relation between work-family conflict and intelligence,the impact of emotional intelligence on work-family conflict and pro-social behavior and the impact of pro-active behavior on emotional intelligence and pro-social behavior.The main conclusions are as followed:1.Work-family conflict has a significantly negative correlation with pro-social behavior.Work-family conflict has a significant reverse predictive effect on pro-social behavior.2.There is a significant negative correlation between work-family conflict and emotional intelligence.3.Emotional intelligence plays an intermediary role in the relationship between work-family conflict and pro-social behavior.4.Proactive behavior has a regulating effect on the role of emotional intelligence in pro-social behavior.
