The employment of child labour was very popular especially in Shanghai during the 1920s to 1930s because of the factors, such as society, politics, ecomony and so on. For child labour involving rich meaning itself, we are trying to get a better understanding about child labour, through analyzing its natural, social and vocational formulation. They worked under poor condition and without protection but got a little money. The government, Shanghai concession department, and non-government organizations tried to solve it but failed. Not only the matter was too complicated to solve in a day, for it concerned with prosperity and contabescence of the nation, also it had certain necessity to exist because it came from a special society and history period.
