Interpersonal Stress is one of the common factors that influences mental health of college students. At Present,the study on interpersonal stress and its coping strategies is at the exploring research stage in other countries. In our country,however,we are lack of researches,and we even have not special interpersonal stress questionnaire and its coping strategies questionnaire. Studying the college students'interpersonal stress and their interpersonal stress coping strategies is not only the objective need of their Psychological development,but also the practical demand of carrying out adolescent mental health education. At the same time,it is the urgent need of developing deeply research on stress and coping.The study procedures are as following: from literature analysis to instrument design,to measure implementation,then to analysis of characters and relationship. Based on the literature analysis and the inventory survey,we open College Students'Interpersonal Stress Questionnaire and College Students'Interpersonal Stress Coping Strategies Questionnaire, then we survey the developmental characteristics of college students'interpersonal stress and their interpersonal stress coping strategies,and review the relationship between college students'interpersonal stress and their interpersonal stress coping strategies. The followings are our main research conclusions:1. There is a certain level of interpersonal stress among college students, of which the stress resulting from interpersonal expectation is the greatest, the rest are interpersonal conflict stress,interpersonal frustration stress, interpersonal situation stress, interpersonal restriction stress.2. The interpersonal stress coping strategies of college students are used infrequently, of which positive coping strategies are used more frequently than negative coping strategies.3. The top three of score of interpersonal stress of college students are as follows: being scolding by teacher in public, being told to speak before the stranges, good friends'being aloof to me. The top three of utilization rate of interpersonal stress coping strategies of college students are as follows: Putting forward reasonable interpersonal expectation to one, relieving the stress by listening to music, diverting the attention by doing something interested.4 .On the whole,there are significant differences between different major, student cadres and not student cadres, among those who are from different grades in college students'interpersonal stress. There are no significant differences between different gender, single-child and not single-child in college students'interpersonal stress. There are significant differences between different major, genders in College Students'interpersonal stress coping strategies. There are no significant differences between different grades, single-child and not single-child, student cadres and not student in college students'interpersonal stress coping strategies.5. The college students'interpersonal stress coping strategies is correlated with their interpersonal stress. Not only negative but also positive coping strategies can predict their interpersonal stress, whereas the negative coping strategies is better for prediction than the positive coping strategies.
