These enterprises working as foreign firm firstly, after the Sino-Japanese War they performed as the factory form. At the first, since the impediments of the language and culture. the foreign businessman has to seek help from the go-between familiar with the Chinese and foreign trade and business, therefore, the late Qing society appeared one special state called comprador, they making living depended on the foreign trade companies. After the Second Opium War (1856-1860), The Qing Government begins to devoted to the slogans as "self -strengthening", " chase for wealth "and then imitated the western developed countries to launched a number of military and civil enterprises, meantime, the government appointing the officers to responsible for the firm's management and administration. At the late 1870's, especially after the Sino-Japanese War of 1894-1895, the society declined badly, various ideological trends ran high, the voice of saving the nation from extinction is higher and higher. The ideological trend that the industry can save the nation prevailing the whole country, in addition, the folks found the condition that build up a factory in native is released, so they make the investment to form the works resulted in emerged large quantities of private entrepreneurs. Comprador, the official in charge of state enterprise and the private entrepreneurs these three kinds of persons have the characters with modern entrepreneur of private entrepreneur, it is coming into being and taking the place of the entrepreneur of China. Their investment activity affected the social economy at that time greatly and even to now. " all history is the contemporary history ", at the same meaning, the modernization of China needs large quantities of national entrepreneurs today as well. So investigate and analyze the China entrepreneur at early time of their distribution, characteristic, rule and reason have a great meaning of use of reference.. This thesis is based on the geographical distribution of the entrepreneur in late Qing. Through investigating and analyzing the native distribution of these three types entrepreneurs to come to the conclusion: the geographic surrounding including the region characteristic of geographical environment geographical environment natural and geographical environment humane had effected the late Qing region of entrepreneur characteristic and the same meaning is the geographical distribution.
