A Study In Modern Apprenticeship Training Mode In Major Of Art Design In Higher Vocational Education

Under the background of rapid development in China’s regional economy, China’s manufactory industry urgently needs new art-design profession of technical talents with high-quality and high professional qualification to enrich the forefront of production. However, the quality of talents from art design major in higher vocational education lags behind the needs of manufacturing industry. Graduates in working places are generally lack of professional work ability, practical ability, and their professional quality is not good enough. This will cause the contradictory problem of rapid economic development and the output of higher vocational education.At present, the mode of training the talents of major in art design in higher vocational education centers on studying in "cooperation in colleges and enterprises","combination with work and study","projectization","the studio","linkage with colleges and enterprises" and etc. The operation of the mode makes the talent quality advanced than ever before, but it is still the form of compromise in changing, modern education and traditional education, also not completely gets rid of talent training quality lagging behind in the traditional education mode. Under the national policy guidance, this paper comparatively analyses the current mode of art design talent cultivation, and find out the real problems of higher vocational education in art design major. In fully aware of the basis of effective combination with the education system and labor system, thus constructing "modern apprenticeships" personnel training mode in art design of higher vocational education, and I use the training mode in talents from major of art design of zhejiang yuying vocational and technical college where is my work unit as educational reform case, thus activating the professional construction, building the teaching team and training base, guiding the curriculum reform, updating teaching content, studying teaching method, which could be reference to personnel training mode of major in art design in higher vocational colleges.
