Study On The Disyllabic Conjunctions In Zhuzi's Language Category

The disyllabic conjunction is a group of words belonging to conjunctions, and it has its own particular grammatical feature which compared with the syllable conjunction. Zhuzi's Language Category played an important role in the study of the Chinese grammar history. The language style in this book is well representing the language features in modern Chinese. Therefore, we choose to target on the disyllabic conjunctions of the book. And the paper studies all the disyllabic conjunction in the book and tries to reveal their characteristics of this period, hoping to provide reference and contribution to the research on the history of Chinese grammar.The whole thesis is composed of four parts:The first part: "Introduction". Briefly introduces Zhu Xi and Zhuzi's Language Category and the research content and values, defines the research's scope, explains the standard of identification and classification of the disyllabic conjunction.The second part: "Description". Describe all the disyllabic conjunction in Zhuzi's Language Category. This part divided simple disyllabic conjunctions and complex disyllabic conjunctions by the number of assume grammatical role. And the former can be divided into 8 categories according to their grammatical meaning.The third part: "Analysis". Provide a detailed analysis shows for the disyllabic conjunctions in Zhuzi's Language Category. Firstly, explained disyllabic conjunction of the book from their structure, then analysis three representative disyllabic conjunctions, tries to draw their formation law.The last part: "Conclusion".
