With the comprehensive development of the new arts course in middle and primary school, it is an inevitable trend to innovate the Arts Pedagogy course of teacher' s training college. As an important carrier of arts education and a base of arts teacher' s training, teacher' s training college should take on the responsibility to bring up the fine arts teachers with excellent learning, comprehensive knowledge and outstanding abilities. Therefore, Teacher' s Training College should open a course of Arts Teaching Material and Measure in primary School. It is an important course to the students in their future teaching life. According to the four years teaching experience of the《Arts Teaching Material and Measure of Primary School》, also, with what I learned in the East China Normal University and the research of the fine arts course and other relevant courses in two HeiLongjiang Teacher Training college, I think that it is limited to open the《Arts Teaching Material and Measure of the Primary School》only. Because it could not adapt fast development of the primary school arts training, it is pressing to innovate the Arts Pedagogy of teacher training college.With the research of beaux-arts course and other relevant courses of HeiLongjiang Teacher Training College and the research of the relativity between Arts Pedagogy and teacher' s accomplishment, also with the research of Arts Pedagogy standard and problem, the penman think that the loot to stop the Arts Pedagogy setting, implement and development is the mistake to the direction of arts education major and follow the lead of Beaux-Arts College in course setting. All of these points make the teacher training college student ignore to Arts Pedagogy. Aim at these problems, the penman combine idiographic case and put forward the new method of Arts Pedagogy' s innovation. Also, the penman invent the new thoughts of Beaux-Arts teaching probation and build the Arts Pedagogy' s course module, bring out the fundamental, maneuver and method of how to realize these thoughts. This research strives to be benefit to the development of Arts Pedagogy in HeiLongjiang Province.
