As a folk fine and arts creation, zhongyang's paper-cutting works embodies the combination of content, form and sprits. Through the research of this local arts, we will make it known by the public and furthermore discover its rich artistic features and cultural connotations.The purpose of my thesis is to research the zhongyang's folk paper-cutting arts so as to better understand this art and its cultural and spiritual connotation . In the research; we apply the related knowledge and the first-handed materials as well as make the most use of the knowledge of fine and arts history, artistic psychology. We not only research the formal language and cultural connotation of zhongyang' s paper-cutting works crossly and comprehensively, but also combine the case analysis and the solution of the popular problems.We want to research the subject comprehensively. Nowadays, it is utmost important to make sure the national, folk and local culture remain, develop and create.
