Leading The Growth Creating The Future

Children's television is different from any other type of television program, it is an indispensable part of children's growth and development. It plays a very important role in molding character and the process of knowledge acquisition. In recent years, Chinese children's television program in the context of globalization have made rapid development. But in making good social benefits, our children's television programs also face a host of new problems that need to be addressed urgently.This paper attempts to scan various problems that Chinese children's television programs emerged in the context of globalization, then analyses these problems and devises the coping strategies. The first chapter discussed the genesis ,background and reasons of development of Chinese children's TV programs, from the economic environment, and cultural foundation material conditions, and other aspects of China's reform and opening up after the rise of children's television have conducted in-depth Inquiry; The second part is on the basis of research, from the point of view of programming positioning of the Chinese children's television in the status quo and attempts to put forward some new concepts. The third part puts forward the strategy out of its predicament, and views the future of Chinese children's television in comparison with the television industry's development trend.
