The Tentative Research Into The Art Characteristics And Cultural Valuation On The Folk Dance Daguliangshan In Zhangzhou

The Daguliangshan is the most distinctive folk dance in Zhangzhou,Fujian Province. It is popular in Zhangzhou. Based on the actual investigation,I concentrate on its cultural ecology,artistic characteristics and cultural valuation in the thesis. I have used the researching methods of folk musicology,folk dance,dance ecology,folklore and anthropology.Firstly,from the point of cultural ecology, I have the point that the special regional condition and abundant historical accumulation have made the natural environment to the Daguliangshan. The folk belief and activities have supplied the humanistic living space to it.Secondly,from the point of dance and by researching on its dance artistic style and music characteristics, I find the original dance,music characteristics, traditional and cultural content of the Daguliangshan.Finally,by analysing on its cultural valuation, I find the Daguliangshan has the common characteristics of carrying on and absorbing the traditional folk culture of our country. It also has the distinctive characteristic of merging the regional dance cultural essence of zhangzhou. It has made the pluralistic,histirical and cultural dance accumulation on its progress.By using the Daguliangshan as an example,I also have the point that the popular character is the importmant way to the progress of folk dance.By researching on the Daguliangshan in the thesis,I wish to discuss on the art characteristics and cultural valuation of folk dance in Zhangzhou with people interesting in the field.I will do my best for the progress and propagation of the cultural essence in the folk dance of Zhangzhou.
