Intangible Culture's Sustainable Development And Local Design Innovation

Cultural diversity and the natural diversity are equally important. Those are the basic requirements of the society and nature in developing harmony. Entered the 21st century, sustainable development has become as the basic condition for a symbiotic harmony of human society, and the development of human civilization from the beginning of the industrial age of material to the after-industrial age of anti-material civilization. In this context, regional and immaterial cultural diversity is not only the capital of local economic development, is also meet immaterial needs of the gene pool of the cultural patterns. This paper is not only on research of post-industrial and information age of the immaterial culture and the culture in which of the immaterialism and sustainable design strategies which were advocated by the Western world in recent year to promote on how to reach and study needs and lifestyle of people varied regions by "non– mat- "Level," regional immaterial culture "as the breakthrough point," person being "as the research concentration, the systemic local design system and method, to promote culture-oriented Innovative design, with "low-power, low-capital" of a new road to industrialization to create a sustainable diversified local society.This paper first introduced the immaterialism, and based on indigenous knowledge systems of sustainable design strategies, to define"design"an approach on creating a sustainable diversified society which social innovation tools, collaboration webs, creative style community and distributing type system were used as a front model in sustainable developing and would become as the fresh area to implement in design. Where after, aiming at the crisis and opportunity which immaterial cultural heritage are currently faced, international advanced cases have been analyzed, and conclude that sustainable protection and undertaking breakpoint of immaterial heritage is the participation of the public and the cultural capital motion. Take the above view as a starting point, the paper was further explored ways to diversify the immaterial cultural integration into the local system design the structure and organization model, and on the basis of this, using the modern industrial design and communication design approaches, and tapping the wisdom and emotional value, turned out the value transmit of regional immaterial culture to cater people's the diversified spiritual needs and international sustainable developing strategies. At length, by the practical projects which were organized by international companies and participated by the author of this issue, to better the working system, identified that local design innovation is the bridge of the regional culture inherit and sustainable development of regional economy.
