This paper attempts to research the female situation in the culture education of Hui people under the big background of Hui pluralistic culture. It is orientated towards the Hui culture, pluralistic education, Hui females and their mutual relationships.According to the results of several fieldwork investigations, this paper tries to unearth the angle of social role conflict and identity of the female. It emphatically analyzes the female education situation in the atmosphere of pluralistic education influenced by the Hui education and analyzes the conflict of the role needs of tradition and modern explicated from culture. Furthermore, it discusses the stimulative and impeditive function of the various education forms during the orientation to the female role of social culture. It strives to present different kinds of living conditions objectively which the Hui females settle in under the cultural education, and ulteriorly discusses the relations between the culture develop and society develop of the Hui female role.The thesis is based on the role conflict of social role method during the situation of pluralistic education. On the basis of established theories by elder generations, while combining the basic situations of Nagu country, it comes into being a kind of mutual actions organically between the theoretical exploration and the research of individual cases by reduction to absurdity. The paper is divided into four sections. The first part is introduction, including reasons for choosing topic, trains of thought for researching, the main problems and the research status quo at home and abroad, etc., as well as the brief introduction to the background of the object of study. The second part uses the method of analyzing a third party to give rational statements and objective analyses of multi-cultural formation and its development under the influence of Muslim culture in Nagu country. Also it includes reference materials which are sourced from the documents that were sorted out by others, and which are mainly from the statistical report forms of Nagu government and its schools. Through these materials, a big educational environment, which the Hui females live in, has been presented. The third part adopts the forms of visit and questionnaire to study their own approved ideas about education, and hence refracts that the multi-culture has influenced on their value outlook. The last part mainly presents the cultural conflict on the educational problems of Hui females, in the light of local conditions, it will seek ways to develop harmoniously.Researching ethnic education under the preconditions of many aspects forming a unified whole, not only do we have to think over how it adapts to the national education of modern mainstream society, but bring the inheritance and development from their own ethnic traditional education into it. Moreover, study should combine those educational forms, which are born in the local regional culture, to seek common ground in the hope of realizing the best educational effects under the circumstances of harmonious unification.
