extent possible,more efficiently and effectively complete their work.At present,The performance evaluation research on domestic school mental health educational work is also at the start stage.We lacks to the systematical research of school mental health educator performance appraisal.we should thoroughly discuss performance connotation and structure of mental health school social worker.And sciencly construct the achievements appraisal system of mental health school social worker.They has the importantl significance on theory and practice.This research aims to construct the achievements appraisal indicator system of mental health school social worker,to discuss the countermeasure of achievements appraisal of mental health school social worker in our country.We take use of the literature analytic method,the interview law,the questionnaire survey,the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),the expert consults methods and so on.On the base of the previous literature search and the reality investigation,We established achievements appraisal indicator questionnaire of mental health school social worker.The investigation was contucted on a sample of 407 mental health school social worker, (including the advisory staffs,mental health teacher,the concurrent job teacher in charge,instructor as well as the superintendent of student work).after that,By the factor analysis of the date,we explored the inscape of achievements appraisal indicator questionnaire,initially planed achievements appraisal indicator system.Using of the expert advice and AHPmethod,We further verify and amendments the evaluation index system of mental health school social worker.Established the performance evaluation system of mental health school social worker.At last,We put forward the proposal on the achievements appraisal plan of mental health school social worker.The conclusions were made as the following:1.Analysize the question of performance evaluation of mental health school social worker in Our country at presentThe mental health school social workers don't satisfy with the achievements appraisal;achievements appraisal result don't reflect their practical work situation and individual synthesizing capacity.The reason lay in the following:people don't the chance to participate in achievements appraisal,the related system still imperfect;the personnel of appraisal is incompatible,the indicator system of achievements appraisal isn't very reasonable.2.Construct the performance evaluation indicator system of China's mental health school social workers(1)The appraisal indicator system is a organic whole that covers 3 first-level targets,7 second-level target(2)Three first-level targets respectively are "the service behavior" "the service process" and "the service result",theirs relative weighted distribution is in turn:0.4,0.3, 0.3.(3)The first-level target "the service behavior" include "the relational guidance behavior" and "the duty guidance behavior" 2 second-level targets,Its relative weight is in turn:0.41,0.59.Each second-level target forgives 3 to 4 observation points.(4)The first-level target "the service process",include "the service
