Hong Liangji was a famous scholar and writer in Qianjia period in Qing dynasty, whose Parallel Prose was very popular in middle Qing dynasty. Because there has been little importance attached to Parallel Prose in science field for a long time, the achievements of Hong's Parallel Prose got little attention. This paper will discuss the point view of Hong's Parallel Prose by the research of Hong's life experience and especially the effect of the official household life to his writing, based on which it will futher analyzes the thoughts and characteristics in his works. Besides the introduction and conclusion, there are three chapters in this paper. The first chapter gives an introduction to Hong's life experience and discusses the pespective of his Parallel Prose ----emphasis on feeling and the combination of Parallel and Prose, The second chapter examines the topical model from two aspects: the narrative of sense and feeling; description of nature scenes. Starting from the analysis of texts, the third chapter gives a conlusion of Hong's distinctive writing features:knowledge nourished, naturally cited, simplicity praised, melody coordinated, sonorously sounded, ture feeling expressed, pathetic and tactful formed.
