Modern Chinese Coordination Adverb Research

The coordination adverb is attached to the front of the predicate center, which expresses the multi-individual wholely coordinates identically the way that participation predicate expresses the movement behavior or the condition which the predicate expresses. To research coordination adverb function, semantics and usage and so on, not only may deepen to Chinese grammar rule understanding, moreover is advantageous to dictionary compiling and computer language processing, but also there is the use value for Chinese function word teaching particularly for the foreign Chinese's function word teaching.This article studies the modern Chinese coordination adverb, besides the foreword, which is divided six chapters.The first chapter, coordination adverb definition and scope. It has overcomed shortcoming that the former scholars value significance and contempt syntax function, we take path which the significance and the syntax function unify and have made the new more objective definition for the coordination adverb. We recognize that the modern Chinese coordination adverb altogether has 9 and has clear the coordination adverb scope.For first time coordination adverb, scope adverb and time adverb is made the discrimination comprehensively,which has cleaned up the entanglement between them ,we advocate that coordination adverb becomes a new kind.The second chapter, coordination adverb semantics direction and different meanings analysis. It breaks through tradition's adverb studies limitation that value syntax structure contempt tic analysis, we utilize semantics direction theory, and have made the analysis on the semantic direction type and the different meanings situation, have made up the incomplete place in standard grammar, The tic analysis become more perfect, deepen the coordination adverb research.The third chapter, coordination adverb focal point information function. For first time coordination adverb is inspected from pragmatics, we think that the coordination adverb is sentence Focus-Sensitive Operators. In the right and wrong interrogative sentence, it is the question center; In negative sentence, it is negative center; In the declarative sentence,it is where the grammatical stress is. To carry on Chinese function word teaching well, for the foreign Chinese function word teaching specially, we discriminate thoroughly carefully. "yiqi214" and "yiqi35". In the aspect of the odd number and plural number, "yiqi214" and "yiqi35"requests to refer to NP is a plural number, must refer to surely; In the individual and the whole, the point in time and time interval aspect, "yiqi214" the tend to the whole, may be used together with the in point time and time interval word, but "yiqi35"the tend to individual, can only be used together with the in time point word.The sixth chapter, coordination adverb near modem grammatical function comparison, we discuss different grammar function situation in five aspects: the situation which near modern Chinese coordination adverb grammar choose attribute to the ingredient which is modified, the way that verb words and expressions combine, the linear order which was used together with the scope adverb , the linear order which was used together with the "lian"expressions ,the structure function that the modified predicate words and expressions form. It deepens the understanding to coordination adverb's grammartical function develepment.
