Research On The Generation Of China's Arts Management System

Arts management system is a series of system based on artistic performance organization, and plays a very important role in the Cultural System. At present, oriented by the market economy system, it comes to the period of deepening the artistic performance organization. We'll analysis the old system of Arts Management under the control of planned economy system, and establish a new one, adapting to the new market economy system. Therefore, from a historical perspective, this article will discuss the origin, development and set-up of Chinese system of Arts Management, and by comparative analysis from home and abroad to find the theoretical basis and references for the reform, in the hope of revealing the features and reasons about the old system and drawing lessons from it.In the first part, we look back the outcomes of theory and make a short comment. Also it involves the meaning, the content, the frame, and the method of this study. The second is to explore some of the major national Art Management system generated by the two major sources, that is, Soviet Union's mode and Soviet Area mode. Soviet Union's mode is the external factors of National Arts-oriented Management system, Soviet Area mode is the endogenous basis of National Arts Management system. The two factors together to build the ground of National Arts Management system. Speaking of the third part, the procedure of setting up the system of Management is drawn carefully.And Mainly discussed the troupe management model Before the founding of the PRC, and describes the reform on May 5, show the whole process and its implementation in the process of establishing the new Arts Management system, and analysis the final mark of the arts management system. For the fourth one, is about brief introduction to the features of this system and a rough comparison between China's and the overseas. By comparison, we can see the differences and the resultsfrom Arts Management system between China and foreign, which draw some helpful experiences for reform of Arts Management. And the last one gives an account of review and comment on the course of the artistic performance organization and foresees the future of reforms.This article is closely relate to the time issues of Cultural system reformation, in the inspection of reform on National Arts Management system, and through discussing on the generation and established process of the National Arts Management system , analysising the features and the defects, comparing the differences between Chinese and foreign art of management, this paper has set a target to eliminate for reformation, and provided some relevant experience in arts management and a reference for us. and then,it will help deep the reform of the Cultural system.
