Chinese Eastern Railroad is a part of the railroad that was constructed at the territory Chinese Manchuria after signing the treaty of alliance between Russia under the Tsar rule and China under Tsin dynasty in 1896. Chinese Eastern Railroad has undergone very difficult periods of history. Since the moment of its construction it has become the main object in international relations in the Far East. The railroad acquired political, economic and military meanings, and thus made imperialistic countries conflict in order to conquer it. Chinese Eastern Railroad had caused a number of important events in the history of the Far East during the first half of the 21st century, which made a big impact on the society, economy and culture of the Chinese Far East. The history of Chinese Eastern Railroad is an integral part of the history of relations between China and Russia. The study and analysis of the issues concerning Chinese Eastern Railroad may be considered a real scientific work, only on condition of giving profound respect to the historic facts. Using the method of comparative study of Chinese and Russian scholars'opinions on Chinese Eastern Railroad, the article analyzes the issues concerning Chinese Eastern Railroad in order to achieve deeper understanding of the role of Chinese Eastern Railroad for the North East of China.
