Since the humanity entering the 21st century, spiritual demand by the community has shown a more diversified, personalized and refined characteristic, so that the traditional social singularity of the unipolar system of values and aesthetics is being challenged and suspected. The aesthetic education, as an important part of the school education, whose training for the aesthetic accomplishment and the ability to innovate is of extraordinary significance. However, there is a certain deviation when the aesthetic education in school workers to understand the aesthetic essence, so that the function of the esthetic education could not bring into play well. The high fine arts education, especially the traditional Chinese painting course, for its rich tradition of cultural connotation and highly aesthetic education characteristics of the painting forms, as a development of students' thinking, emotion, creativity and overall situation consciousness of some important subjects, is an effective way for the implementation of the aesthetic education. Therefore, people pay their increasing attention to the teaching mode research, the teaching theoretical research and the teaching design study. That is to say, how to combine the subject characteristics of the traditional Chinese painting teaching with Teacher Education realistic requirements of a need to conform to the development of disciplines and the main characteristic of the pedagogic education to form the sustainable development of the high traditional Chinese painting educational model is of great importance. It not only relates to the talented person training to meet the needs of the time, but also affects the current social context of the inheritance and the development of the traditional Chinese painting's innovation. Furthermore, it does relate to the formation of character and knowledge of all the Chinese people.The author believes that in the division of high aesthetic education, the art education level has influenced directly on the normal students of professional quality, thus affecting the quality of aesthetic education for all. In the light of the problems which exist universally in the high traditional Chinese painting teaching at present, the teaching tends to lack humanities connotation, make training objectives unclear, value technique and contemn theory, while it neglects the aesthetic education's basic requirements, value and function of which the art education can influence a person's sentiment and promote a person's life quality. The loss of the fine arts education's value causes the fine arts education, especially the Chinese painting teaching, to lose the profound connotation of nurturing the human in the aesthetic education. That is to say, it also loses the function of purifying human's mind, influencing human's sentiment, and promoting human's energetic boundary. To solve the problems above, to find Chinese painting aesthetic foundation again, the author proposes some research goals to construct a model of ecological high traditional Chinese painting education teaching system, specific directions have listed as follows. Firstly, perfecting the traditional teaching system, outstanding aesthetic this main line and framing a harmonious ecological objectives of teaching Chinese painting. Secondly, optimizing the course structure, increasing the aesthetic theme and stressing the content of the ecological characteristics of the organization. Thirdly, improving the quality of teachers and forming a system of Chinese painting teaching strategies and methods. Lastly, optimizing the teaching evaluation and improving the teaching material quality. Through this Eco-system of teaching pattern, the aesthetic education function of the traditional Chinese painting teaching can be put into effect better. Thus, it also improves human's overall quality, raises educational talented persons of high quality, and promotes the enhancement of educational level. What's more, it enables the outstanding traditional culture to obtain the inheritance, and improves Chinese nation's quality. Finally, the development of the human and the nature in harmony will be achieved.
