With the development of the times. Community adolescent mental health requirements are also more urgent. However, the World Health Organization has predicted that, depression will become the second factor what caused the death by 2020. In this regard, "China's Reform and Development Program" points out: "we should comprehensively improve their ideological and moral, cultural and scientific, labor skills and physical and psychological qualities, and promote the lively development of students." Clearly, mental health education is not only the development of the times , but also one of the goals of the quality education . There are 29 teaching classes, 29 teacher and 989 students in the test samples, and Core Self-evaluation Scale (CSES), teacher support Scale, family socio-economic status Scale and Center for Epidemiologic Studies Depression Scale (CES—D) were applied as measurement tools in the test. We try to analysis how do the variables that mainly on the students, teachers and class impact the students' depression in the level of the individual and the class . The Conclusion show that in the individual level, the significant negative was exist between family socio-economic status, students perceived support from teacher and the depression; In the class level, the average class support from teachers has significant negative projections to the depression, but the average class socio-economic status of students with significant depression positive predictive role. And the interaction effect between grade, gender and socio-economic status of family had a significant forecast on the depression.
