The Research On The Independent Innovation Thought Of Wangxuan

Wang xuan (1937—2006), the 2001 national top science and technology award winner, one of the founders of Founder group, is a prominent scientist in contemporary China. Since 1970s, he started to creatively developed the fourth generation of Chinese character laser illumination system. Then, a series of scientific research results were achieved by him and he became the outstanding example of Chinese independent innovation. In choosing the way of technology, he considered to take the road of striding across according to the national industry basis and the characters of the technology. In the process of actual creation, he applied the strategy of continuous creation and opened creation into increasing the updating of his automatic technology to keep his technology always leading the way.Wangxuan himself also strongly awared of turning the science and technology into the market. In 1980s, he founded the Founder and gradually established a continuous line system of Ding Tian Li Di during the company's development. Wang xuan's successful method of turning the science technology results and high-tech into productivity has become the model of connecting market, school and research.The knowledge of math and computer hardware and software found the source of innovation. As to the question of how a scientific researcher can make his results more easily, he stressed that math and cross-area research played rather important roles. Wangxuan was a fan of Beijing opera, and got an inspiration from an action and a movement.He believed that the art and the science are the same. Wang Xuan did great efforts to foster young people since he was 55.He pushed them to the forefront of epoch-making scientific research. Taking the practice into consideration, he advanced four conditions for attracting talents. In his late life , the principle that advocated by him "willingness of being a prop to a youth" is an evident of his dignity and charming personality. Hence, he is called by people The Gentleman of Founder, and become the spiritual leader of computer area and science area.
