The King Zhao Of Chu State Who Knew Dadao

There are some elaborations about the King Zhao of Chu State in this papers. He lived in the late Spring and Autumn Period. During this Period ,Chu State got a sound beating from Wu State. This experience only belonged to the King Zhao of Chu State. In general, this failure was a turning point in his life. He has been on the throne for 27 years,which was a clue, the sound beating that Wu State invaded the capital city of Chu State was a boundary, the whole papers are on these bases. Before the sound beating the King Zhao had no action in governing the country, Lingyin-Zichang committed in Chu State ,his action brought disaster to Chu State . The sound beating ruined Chu State ,the King Zhao was responsible for this. At the same time, he had no family and tramped outside of Chu State. This suffer brought a great shock to him, and also became a turning point to him. After this, the King Zhao found the erroneous action and did the correct action. His action brought some changes in Chu State. There was a stable government, and the country's economy and military strength were enhanced. Because of his action ,and he would rather die than worship Heshen, he got a highly praise from Kongzi, which was "Know Dadao".The influence of King Zhao's action was not only limited to his age,but also had some extension to his Successors.
