This paper takes the Taiwan intellectuals as the object of study during the end of Japanese occupation of Taiwan, specifically refering to the period 1937-1945.This paper takes the ecology as the research angle of view, inspected intellectuals political and cultural ecology of the end of the Japanese occupation of Taiwan, and explores the colonial high-handed policy and the "assimilation" of the cultural ecology, Taiwan's intellectual groups in the differentiation and evolution, as well as the face of the colonizers long-term cultural infiltration and erosion of the attitude taken by the different response and interpretation of the end of the Japanese occupation of Taiwan intellectuals ideological changes, differences in national identity and its impact.
