A Study On Revolutinonary Base Area Of Yavbian Region In The Period Of The War Of Liberation

At the beginning of August,1945,the Soviet Union Red Army entered the Yanbian region to annihilate the Japanese invasion force,this first made Yanbian region liberate from the ruling of Japanese puppet army.Because Kuomintang lacked troops and the Soviet Red Army defended,the KMT army can not enter the Yanbian region.Yanbian region is located in the east of northeast region of China,it is on the east of Soviet Union and on the south of North Korea.So Yanbian has the advantage of taking the lead in starting land reform movement in the position of Land Economics.According to the strategy about establishing and consolidating the Northeast revolutionary base area of northeast China made by CPC Central Committee,a part of the Eighth Route Army and cadres marched in Yanbian region in order to work in conjunction with Anti-Japanese' s allied forces advance party to set up the people' s armed forces and organize the democratic regime.This created good subjective condition for starting land reform movement and taking the lead in establishing revolutionary base area.Under the leadership of chinese Communist Party,people of all ethnic groups in Yanbian annihilated politics bandits,purged traitors,set up party organizations at different levels and the people' s regime,at the same time the people in Yanbian started land reform movement in the large-scale area, greatly emancipated the productive forces,and started establishing and consolidating revolutionary base area.The construction of revolutionary base area immensely elevated the position of party in the public opinion of people in Yanbian,and promoted the development of revolutionary situation.Both a vast Korean Nationality people and people of all nationalities thanked the Communist Party of China and people' s regime,as well.They carried forward the revolutionary tradition to support the War of Liberation of the rest of the northeast China through actively joining the army for the war,setting off a rush to produce more grain to support the frontline.The construction of Yanbian revolutionary base area of Yanbian furthered the construction of the others revolutionary base areas of the rest of the northeast China.The people in Yanbian enthusiastically flung themselves into battle, charged and broke through enemy lines and fought bravely in order to defend neonatal people' s regime and results of land reform movement.They gave them all in the struggle for liberating northeast China.Following the struggle for liberating Changchun and Siping,the commanders of Yanbian also joined Laoshen Campaign,Pingjin Campaign.They also stepped over Changjiang River to join the battle of nation-wide liberation.The transportation column army bearer corps which consisted of militiamen also participated in the battle,they made an important contribution to the nation-wide war of liberation.As a whole,in the whole process of theliberation war,people of all ethnic groups and revolutionary base area in Yanbian has played a very important role in consolidating the rear base.
