| Many talented people are out of Hubei in history. Arts history is the same. This is not an accidental phenomenon. It is result of several generations of artists'efforts. The paper divided the history of Hubei Fine Arts into three periods. The author tried to review and summarize the Hubei Fine Arts from the background, creative ways, and various cases and so on, and sort out the cause of development of Hubei Fine Arts course in history to draw lessons from history and promote the future development of art in Hubei.
